Mulonga Water and Sewerage Company Limited has awarded some of its customers at the Award Gala night hosted jointly by Chingola Chamber of Commerce and Industry held at Nchanga Golf Club.

The Annual customers’ awards are in 2 categories of most consistent in bill payment and communication with the five comprising customers from each service towns of Chingola, Chililabombwe and Mufulira.

The customers were presented with a shield, a hamper of Mulonga Water branded items and one month free water supply and sewerage services.

MWSC Director of Finance, Sila Siame said that the company had prioritized customer and stakeholder delight as outlined in the recently launched Strategic Business Plan 2018-2021.

He said customer and stakeholder delight was not a small undertaking and it was further complicated by current economic factors which had affected individuals and companies alike.
